What type of services do you offer?
Repairs, Installation, Maintenance, Assembly, Painting, Cleaning and Other handyman services.
What types of Job can you do?
Less than 2 hours of work, 2-5 hours of work, A full day of work, and 1-2 weeks of work.
What areas of the home can you work on?
Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room, Bedroom, Basement, Attic, Garage, Deck or porch, closet, and other areas.
Which areas do you work on?
Doors, Interior walls, Gutters, Cabinets, Shelving, Molding or baseboards, Flooring, Tilling, Appliances, Plumbing, Electrical, Lighting, Hanging pictures or mirror, Furniture repair, and other areas.
How much do you charge?
I charge 55 Per hour most the time but sometimes if it's a bigger job that would take 1 week or 2 I would have to give you a fixed priced. That includes labor, materials, gas, and for wear and tear or if I end up renting something you pay 50% I pay the other half.
It's expensive but I really need something fixed or done for my house?
Big companies charge a lot more just because they have employees to pay, and they charge 30 or 40% more. I will give you a fair price or if someone offers you a price just send me a picture and I will try and beat that price. You can even split payments in 2 or 4 but just have to pay 60% after the job is done.
How can I save money?
It is better if you buy all the materials like, tile flooring or carpet just because I charge a percentage when I buy it. And I would just charge for labor.

I accept cash, zelle, personal checks, paypal, venmo or bank transfer
Do You Charge By the Hour?
I charge hourly and it depends on what type of job it is. Electrical, plumbing, drywall and remodel have different hourly rates. If it's a whole bathroom or kitchen remodel it will be a fixed priced.
Do You Offer discounts?
Yes! I do offer discounts if you refer me to someone and get hired to do the job they get 10% discount, and you get 15% discount. Also, if I get hired again from you, you get a discount.
